Key Responsibilities of the Job
Daily, you’ll build advanced simulation models for HEV and ICE powertrains. This involves in-depth work with one-dimensional models for motorcycles and scooters, ensuring accurate results for both hybrid and conventional vehicles.
Working on hybrid strategy optimisation, you’ll design, validate and refine control algorithms including torque distribution, regenerative braking, and battery management. Your work will influence core vehicle parameters for optimal balance.
The role also includes detailed transmission and CVT ratio calibration to meet Indian and global regulatory standards. In addition, you’ll lead a small team of engineers dedicated to top-tier technical output.
Regular interface with cross-functional teams is expected, especially as you validate design specifications and solve issues related to vehicle performance and cost efficiency.
